I don't know if it was Koji Kondo or whoever thought it was a good idea to call this "Orchestral", but they were wrong. It's not. And it hurts my ears every time I hear it. It sounds more like a half-dead thrift store synthesizer than an orchestra.
The Hidden Village was one of my favorite moments in my experience, not just with Zelda, but with gaming in general... the atmosphere and sheer awesomeness is probably second only to The Part Where He Kills You. :)
This is EXACTLY something one would expect from OCRemix; they openly admit that their songs are all "reinterpretations". :P It's just kinda weird, that's all. :P
I have no idea. :P According to NovaAlamak (a.k.a. the DJ for the Windmill Hut), no other VGM online radio station has the "time and resources" that RH has. :P All I know is that, however they do it, they're gooood... :P
You know, these songs are great, but do we seriously have to hear them EVERY SECOND OF EVERY DAY?!?!?! Come on people, request something else for a change!! Sheesh!!
These songs are okay, but only when I'm in the mood to hear them. Otherwise they stink. But when I am in the mood, they can be pretty good. But it varies.
And this isn't the only one. :P If you look at Devin Taylor's "DTech" albums (or something like that, and I forget which one) one of his songs is listed as "Ezlo's Dragon Roost Island". :P I guess people compare WW and MC a lot...? :P
Radio Hyrule has what they call a "cringe test", which basically means that if listening to a song makes them cringe, they aren't going to play it. :P I know there are other albums (Such as OCRemix-25YearLegend) which have had certain songs removed because of this. So yeah...
Bad puns aside, according to OCRemix.org, this song is not only a remix of the Song of Storms, but also has "Brinstar - Red Soil Wetland Area" from Super Metroid in it too. So far I have not been able to detect any direct link to that tune, other than having similar atmospheres, but not for want of trying. That said, this is a very well-down remix (even though that is going to keep driving me insane until I find it....)
I don't think so. I have the album (courtesy of TheOnlyDeerAlive, who got it courtesy of GilvaSunnner) so I know what you're talking about; however, these remixes are, as far as I can tell, completely identical. Go figure.
The fact that it says "compilation" instead of "medley" explains why there is a pause in between each song. A compilation is a collection of separate things (in this case, songs) brought together into one song. A medley, which is what you're thinking of, is a collection of songs that have been blended together into one symphonic piece. A compilation doesn't necessarily have to have the "blend" factor.
With only four songs, this is what you might call "straight to the point" as far as Majora's Mask goes, which is pretty good. I think the songs are pretty flushed out and the transitions between them are perfectly fine. I would say that MIKEJCSAUR is right in that this does not compare to Theophany, but then again, this was here first and, let's face it, few things do. This is an excellent track in its own right.
This is the soundtrack for a fan-made Zelda film. Nintendo shut it down, and I haven't been able to find it on YouTube or anything, but if you go to their webpage you can still download the soundtrack.
I would have to add ALttP to that list; those were some of the most memorable tunes in the series. But yeah, Skyward Sword and Spirit Tracks had some AWESOME music. :)
For trying to keep the language clean. :P I've noticed that, up until a few months ago, it was an unspoken rule that language was prohibited. I liked it better when we followed that unspoken rule... now it seems like all the newcomers are using the "f-word" in every other comment they make. -___-
Any song longer than 10 minutes gets the "absurdly long" tag. Any song less than 10 minutes, even if it's 9:59, does not. With a tag like that, you have to set a standard minimum length somewhere, or else the borderline blurs and it becomes exponentially more difficult to decide whether a song is really "absurdly long" or not.
This was the overture they played at E3, when they first announced the coming of the 25th Anniversary Symphony and the subsequent Symphony of the Goddesses. You might be thinking of this one: http://radiohyrule.com/song/legend-of-zelda-25th-anniversary-symphony-25th-anniversary-medley
If you're not, and you really do mean this one, then... well, I don't remember hearing it when I went to go see SotG, so you must be lucky! :P In any event, this song takes its name from its original appearance, regardless of any existing later ones.
I believe you are thinking I meant Scottish music. I did not. I meant Irish. And yes, there ARE differences between Celtic, Scottish, and Irish music. I can't define them all in exact terms, but I can tell you, for one thing, that bagpipes are definitely Scottish/Celtic, but not Irish.
Example: I would say that "Hoy, Small Fry!" from OCR's 25Year Legend (http://radiohyrule.com/song/hyperduck-soundworks-hoy-small-fry) is definitely Scottish/Celtic. However, I would consider "Windwaker Unplugged" by Freddegedde (http://radiohyrule.com/song/freddegredde-wind-waker-unplugged) to be leaning more towards the Irish side.
That's not to say that I don't like Scottish or Celtic; in fact I like them very much. I just wanted to clear up these discrepancies.
I'm pretty sure Twilightnight exaggerated when he said that MOST people hate it; only some people do, or rather, did. There is sort of cycle with Zelda games: people hate the latest one but love on the one before that. When TP first came out it wasn't liked that much (though this may be because nothing could ever live up to that legendary E3 trailer that made grown men cry :P) but now they've died down quite a bit, and the ones that haven't are busy hating on Skyward Sword (personally I think they're all trolls; Neither TP nor SS nor ANY Zelda game deserve such hate.) Don't worry, no one on HERE hates Twilight Princess. :P
I'm pretty sure it's Italian, actually. Also, the lyrics are not exclusive to this song... there is currently at least one other song in the music library which has the exact same vocals.
One of my favorite parts of Twilight Symphony is all the boss themes... they were all done so stupendously well... this and the others are just plain awesome.
This track is amazing. It took a song that was originally irritating and repetitive, and turned it into such an awesome and unexpected track. Great work, as usual ZREO.
This is one of my favorite tracks on Twilight Symphony. They took a song that was previously insignificant and almost meaningless, and turned it into this: a song that induces both utter amazement and pure nostalgia. I never thought I'd feel nostalgia for this song!
I used to love this song because it felt happy. Now I'm feeling miserable, and when I listen to some of the lyrics, I realize this guy feels the exact same way I do. Now I can't stop listening to it, and it's making me feel worse... :(
The "best" Zelda game is as variant as the people you ask. :P Some person may say it's Link's awakening, but then the person right next to him could say it's Twilight Princess, or Windwaker, and many maintain that Ocarina of Time was the best. Some say, however, the Majora's Mask was even better than Ocarina of Time, and in fact possibly the most perfect game Nintendo has ever released. Personally, I think Skyward Sword is my favorite; as they say in Hyrule Historia, it is just "brimming with all things Zelda". :)
I noticed that some songs have started playing regularly, without being randomly selected, and without a link to the actual song. At first it only happened with Molgera, however I just heard it happen with this one. Is this a glitch, or a new feature? :)
You know, one thing that constantly surprises me about Radio Hyrule is the shortage of really high-quality remixes of two particular songs: the WW Intro and the WW Miniboss. There are only two remixes of the Miniboss in the entire library, and, though there are several remixes of the Legend of the Hero, I can only think of a handful that are pleasant to the ears AND posses the emotional power of the original. Many, like this one, have decent sound quality and emotion, but just don't quite live up to the original. Sometimes, like now, it's just heartbreaking to see (err- hear) how close the really good ones came to meeting that standard, only to fall slightly short of the finish line...
But he is funny. :P Zant is the perfect blend of evil, ambition, absurdity, and hilarity, but you don't really get the sense of this until so late in the game that you no longer have time to appreciate him. :P
This is supposed to be LINK's final battle. Not Ganondorf's or whoever. Link enters a cave to get out of the rain, but encounters a cheetaman, and a battle ensues. In his final moments, as the cheetaman aims an attack straight at his heart, Link's life flashes before his eyes. Then the attack strikes home. Game Over.
First of all, wine would be an alcohol reference, not a 'drug' reference. :P And secondly, what he actually says is "pour a little water, turn it into wine..." which is an obvious Biblical reference. :P
I couldn't agree more! :) This album was ZREO's crowning glory, and I couldn't think of a better way for them to end their story than with this as the grand finale. :D THIS. IS. AWESOME.
There really is nothing to hate about Twilight Princess at all. The only thing people really complain about is that it's basically a repackaged Ocarina of Time. What I say to that is, who wouldn't want more Ocarina of Time? The music of Twilight Princess, though at times lazy (You do hear different versions of the same theme, again, and again, and again) was extremely powerful, delivering the might of Koji Kondo on full force. It was, by all accounts, one of the most memorable Zelda soundtracks. And hey, who could hate any music presented in a way as awesome and amazing as this?
I wasn't available to watch the music video premiere (WOE IS ME!!!) but I have seen what parts o it are already on Youtube and downloaded the full album so I can hear the entire thing up front. The entire album is absolutely AMAZING, GORGEOUS, STUPENDOUS, AND I-CAN'T-EVEN-DESCRIBE-IT-BECAUSE-ADJECTIVES-FAIL-ME!!!! But this song, this is the crowning glory of the album, not only setting the mood for the album as a whole, but mapping out the entire story as it progresses, foreshadowing everything that is to come. When I first heard this I nearly cried. I have watched the video over and over and over again at least 6 times in the past hour. I simply cannot get enough of it. Well done, ZREO, you have successfully brought my childhood back to life in a way so vivid I didn't think it was even possible. You are guys are epic to the last!!
It's an okay arrangement, but it does... take a while to get to the point, so to speak. For as long as it is (5:39), there isn't really much "Skyward Sword" in it at all, certainly not enough to justify the title's implication. And the buildup is two or three times longer than it needs to be; in fact, calling it a buildup isn't quite appropriate, seeing as it's about 70% of the song. And to top it off, the endless Zelda's Lullaby background rhythm is not really reminiscent of Skyward Sword as much as of other games, or as much as other songs could have been (Even considering that Ballad of the Goddess is Zelda's Lullaby played backwards, here it's played forwards, so that doesn't help any). All-in-all, I don't feel like this comes close to capturing the essence of Skyward Sword's soundtrack, in fact I don't think it really capture's the essence of anything at all.
Okay, so I remember the staff once said that they had the stream generator programmed to play specific songs on a loop when there's an error, but is this one of them? It just came on for the 7th time in a row, so I'm assuming something's wrong...
It's because the official album for Twilight Princess was never released, so some people know the song only from playing the game, not by name. I think the only actual evidence of it's name being "Midna's Lament" is the fact that it was listed under that in Brawl.
And btw, this is actually a medley of Midna's Lament and Midna's theme :P
if you're asking whose romance this is, this is the romance theme from Skyward Sword, so it would have to be Zelda. If you are just saying that you love this song, then all I can say is: me too.
2 things: 1, I posted that when the album was first released, and I heard the song for the first time. 2, even if they did, if I wanted Mario, I would have gone to that Mushroom Kingdom Radio, or whatever it is they've been advertising. :P It just seemed really out of place at the time. :P
I wish I knew! I only know it's on YouTube, but at the time the artist said he wouldn't be posting mp3 downloads (though that might have changed since I last checked, which was before it was added to the library). So I don't know.
Also, I think "Most persistent villain" should go to Ridley :P Even if he isn't from Zelda, he still deserves to be noted for his extreme longevity and his refusal to DIE!!! XD
I say Ghirahim should have won creepiest behaivior. :P And what's not to love about Zant? He's the perfect blend of audacity, absurdity, and hilarity!! XD You just have to be able to laugh at him :P
There's another one you forgot to mention: best boss music. I think Bellum/Linebeck should get that award.
True, but there was someone who posted on CSGuitar89 that "they are an amazing group" which does NOT fall under that circumstance. I figured the same thing was happening here. :P
It's not "they", it's "he". :P Almost all songs like these were done by individuals, not entire groups. Yet for some reason everyone automatically says "they" without checking to see if it's a person or a group. :P
This is my favorite song from Brawl. Actually, it's one of the few Zelda songs in Brawl that I 100% appreciate. :P Although in this case I must say I 110% appreciate it! XD
And btw, I like both this AND A Legend- To Zelda; I think they're both decent songs and get far too much hate :P Although, I'll admit I sometimes feel the same way about Rime of the Wanderin' Seafarer as Neko feels about this song, so I guess I can relate. :/ :P
The lyrics to this song are perfectly relevant to MM! Ironically, you say this guy should take lessons from DeStorm, when most people would say the opposite :P (myself not included :P) And for Din's sake, what's wrong with requesting Unsealed all the time?! :P
'Cuz I know that I'm gonna be a HEEEROOO SOOOMEDAAAY!!!! With my shield, my sword, and my... my boomeraaang!! And they'll say, "HEY!, Hey! Hero of Time, you're the greatest, the bravest, Hyrulian prime- the savior of our kingdom, redeemer of Hyrule... LINK IS THE LEGEND!! THE LEGEND OF CoooOOOoooOOOL!!!!!"
Up till this point this was the only song of the top 5 most favorited that had not been commented on... because everyone knew it was epic beyond words :P
If you call this song "intense" you'd better steer clear of Artifical Fear :P What I define as "Irish" music is the unique selection of instruments, fast-paced tempo, and overall... I can't put my finger on the word, but if you've ever listened to Irish folk groups, you know what I'm talking about.
I agree with both of you; While it's not my usual style, I find it's growing on me, though very, very slowly. The problem for me is that it left out the best part of WW music, i.e: the hot, Irish beat, and turned it into this mellow thing. I doubt I'll ever appreciate THAT shift.
Oh, you meant IGN... I thought you meant Nintendo :P I know Nintendo didn't have anything to do with the trailer, I just misunderstood. I just know that if IGN said that, Nintendo said the opposite, and Nintendo's in charge, so... *sigh* :(
Actually, after their failure, and might I say it was an EPIC failure, at a Super Mario Bros. movie/tv show several years back, Nintendo declared they wouldn't try adapting their games into movies again anytime soon. So they basically said the opposite of that. :P
Yes, if you go to the 25YearLegend website it tells you about the artists and their notable past projects. This is the same C418 that wrote the music for Minecraft ;)
Okay, I'm confused. When you said "those tracks" were you referring to the tracks already uploaded (Dungeons and Ballad of the Windfish) or the OoT and ALttP movements? lol :P
Actually, there are to versions of "The Great Sea" by Shadow in the library. The other one is under the name of "Sailing Theme" and is admittedly lower quality than this one, though they are both definitely PH, not WW :P
Yeah, same here. Since these tracks were uploaded, does that mean we might be getting the OoT and ALttP symphonic movements too? Is there any reason why not?
I think this is a good song. I honestly do. It helps to watch the video on YouTube (which somehow I can't find anymore) but I think it's still a good song.
I think OC Remix went a bit too far with this one. I never really liked jazz and this song really bugs me. I honestly don't think it belongs on this site.
TheOnlyDeerAlive has a lot of Skyward Sword covers. :) Many of them aren't on Radio Hyrule yet, but you can find them on his YouTube channel. :)
Or you might be dead broke. :P
You could just get it for free on his website. :P
...is why you check your spelling by hand. :P In all serious though, I can relate. :P
I still think this song is overrated. :P How it got more favorites than Thunderstruck is beyond me. :P
Umm... so why did you add this song to the library a second time? :P
This is EXACTLY something one would expect from OCRemix; they openly admit that their songs are all "reinterpretations". :P It's just kinda weird, that's all. :P
I honestly cannot remember ever saying that. :P No, I agree; I'm not a fan of jazz, but if it's Zelda, it belongs here. :P
Yeah, that would help, thanks. :) I'm already over it, but thanks anyways. :P
Hearing this come on after listening to Time's End... is like the best stress relief ever. :P Phew... :P
This sounds like it was done in the same key as TheOnlyDeerAlive's remix...
I just bought the game during Nintendo's Character sale, and I'm loving it! :D
That is an effective use of that meme... :P
Artificial Fear can be really great, but this is by far one of his best arrangements. :)
I have no idea. :P According to NovaAlamak (a.k.a. the DJ for the Windmill Hut), no other VGM online radio station has the "time and resources" that RH has. :P All I know is that, however they do it, they're gooood... :P

It doesn't sound that much like John Williams to me... If it did, I would be ecstatic. :P
Radio Hyrule has what they call a "cringe test", which basically means that if listening to a song makes them cringe, they aren't going to play it. :P I know there are other albums (Such as OCRemix-25YearLegend) which have had certain songs removed because of this. So yeah...
For once, this song actually sounds like a lullaby... :P
Exactly... :P
You are You are You are not the only one. :P
Not with Artificial Fear, I don't think... :P
And the Windwaker medley too... :P
I don't think so. I have the album (courtesy of TheOnlyDeerAlive, who got it courtesy of GilvaSunnner) so I know what you're talking about; however, these remixes are, as far as I can tell, completely identical. Go figure.
Artificial Fear is like that. :P He takes a while to get used to, if you're not into heavier metal, but he is possibly the best one once you do. :P
*lots
Lot's of people did that. :P
That's because it WAS... :P
I think this is the best song on all of Radio Hyrule. And that's saying quite a lot...
Not anymore... :P
My favorite part of this track is when you hear those panpipes... makes me feel like I'm playing Spirit Tracks. :)
The fact that it says "compilation" instead of "medley" explains why there is a pause in between each song. After all those glitches we had with this song, now I freak out every time I hear it come on... :P
There are a LOT of things from TAoL here... :P
A Peter Jackson-esque Zelda movie would be pretty sweet. :)
This is the soundtrack for a fan-made Zelda film. Nintendo shut it down, and I haven't been able to find it on YouTube or anything, but if you go to their webpage you can still download the soundtrack.
If by that you mean Gerudo Valley, of course not. But it's still awesome.
Where do those lyrics come from anyways? Who wrote them?
I would have to add ALttP to that list; those were some of the most memorable tunes in the series. But yeah, Skyward Sword and Spirit Tracks had some AWESOME music. :)
Nah, it's just relatively new, that's all. :P
This was the soundtrack for a an-made Zelda movie. :P
That sounds like lots of fun... :P
For trying to keep the language clean. :P I've noticed that, up until a few months ago, it was an unspoken rule that language was prohibited. I liked it better when we followed that unspoken rule... now it seems like all the newcomers are using the "f-word" in every other comment they make. -___-

This was the piece arranged by Jake McKoy, a.k.a. Jam2995, wasn't it? Awesome job there.
No idea. :P
And all the Rupees you get for giving her the bugs. :P

I really need to play that one sometime...
I'm pretty sure it's Italian, actually. Also, the lyrics are not exclusive to this song... there is currently at least one other song in the music library which has the exact same vocals.
I wish MY ocarina sounded that good... :P
I can't request or access half the songs in this album!!! This includes the Ganondorf mini-medley and the Song of Storms...
Yep, this is the same guy. :)
Makes me think of Super Smash Bros Melee... ah, those were the days...
Well played... :P
One of my favorite parts of Twilight Symphony is all the boss themes... they were all done so stupendously well... this and the others are just plain awesome.

This guy is AWESOME... O_O
^see above
I never really thought of it that way... but yeah, I think you may be right.
Some Gerudo remixes use guitar. Some use violin or other strings. This uses both. It's officially awesome.
That came out of nowhere... O__O
That makes sense. Okay then. :)
This song killed the Dark World... -_____-
I don't hear the snare drums though...
Did they upload the repetitive drums version...?
OH MY GOSH I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!!
They finally got up!! WOOHOO!! :D
This song is awesome.
I used to love this song because it felt happy. Now I'm feeling miserable, and when I listen to some of the lyrics, I realize this guy feels the exact same way I do. Now I can't stop listening to it, and it's making me feel worse... :(
I couldn't agree more!! :D
This is a very interesting album. Most of the songs are 10-second soundbites, but all of them sound very jazzy and cool. Very interesting...
The same thing happens when you try to request Artificial Fear's Song of Storms. :/
The "best" Zelda game is as variant as the people you ask. :P Some person may say it's Link's awakening, but then the person right next to him could say it's Twilight Princess, or Windwaker, and many maintain that Ocarina of Time was the best. How has this song been lost in the mists of time? I really liked it... :/
I know them apart too; I was just saying that this is definitely PH, while the tag and the picture say WW. :P
Very nicely done. :)
Did this just become the first song to reach two pages of comments...? :P
This song has been updated on ocremix.org... There's no a bit of piano in there too. :P
Like, that thing that looks like one eye is actually just creases in his forehead. :P
Now that I think about it, what 1% of songs in their library WOULDN'T have an "epic" tag? :P
I FOUND A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THIS SONG!!!!!!!!!! https://skydrive.live.com/?cid=a176382cf98b139a&id=A176382CF98B139A!321
Remember how I said I *almost* cried? Well, I just did. :P THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
I agree with the sentiment. :) Midna is my all-time favorite Navi-type sidekick too. :) :P
Everyone's writing essays here... XD
I just noticed you've commented on this song 3 individual times. :P Not that I blame you!!!! XD
Check that: I actually comment at least once every one month, not two. :P
I noticed that some songs have started playing regularly, without being randomly selected, and without a link to the actual song. At first it only happened with Molgera, however I just heard it happen with this one. Is this a glitch, or a new feature? :)
If you click on the picture to see the zoomed-in version, it looks nothing like that. :P
That's sort of a different sort of crying... :P
I don't think the step down really favors this song that much...
It's in the description of the song on the album's webpage. :P
You know, one thing that constantly surprises me about Radio Hyrule is the shortage of really high-quality remixes of two particular songs: the WW Intro and the WW Miniboss. Don't be; everyone loves it! XD

Actually, to be more accurate, this would be a reference to Jesus' first miracle, when he turned water into wine. :P
First of all, wine would be an alcohol reference, not a 'drug' reference. :P And secondly, what he actually says is "pour a little water, turn it into wine..." which is an obvious Biblical reference. :P
Open-minded tastes, I mean. :P And you not liking it because it doesn't suit your tastes does not mean the song itself is terrible. :P
Scroll through the comments, you're not. :P People who are more open-minded like it though. :P
See above-^
I couldn't agree more! :) This album was ZREO's crowning glory, and I couldn't think of a better way for them to end their story than with this as the grand finale. :D THIS. IS. AWESOME.
I cannot tell you how much I love this song!!! XD Aaaaand I feel like I say that here at least every two months. :P
It's so pretty- and sweet-sounding. :)
Oh, I'm sure it will be, don't worry. You'd be right to say that it's just new and unheard by many. :P
This song gets requested so much, I'm always surprised when it comes on by itself... :P
I actually haven't played Link's Awakening yet... :P
Zelda pwns Mario so yeah :P
I agree with that sentiment on this album in general, but I think this is actually one of its better songs... :P
This is possibly the best Zelda ReOrchestrated album of all time.
*its beauty. "It's" means "it is". :P
Win of EVERYTHING!!! XD
AMAZING album! Seriously! Some of the best remixing I've heard since I first discovered Radio Hyrule! Every single song here is just... wow...
...
...I can't even describe this. This is just so... so perfect... so wonderful... so sad... so amazing... so eerie... so beautiful...
...So MAJORA'S MASK.
That's it. This song embodies Majora's Mask, in every single way. And that's saying quite a lot...
Now I'm gonna go over in the corner and cry...
Again, all I can say is... Wow.
Just the sheer emotion...
Simply brilliant!
Creepy...
And soothing...
And yet still unnerving...
Well, it's Majora's Mask alright! :P
Somehow they put two copies of this song in the library. :P
Just... wow...
The 25th Anniversary Symphony's Gerudo Valley... ON GUITAR?!?! BY DIN'S FIRE, YEAH!!!!
I almost cried, especially when Fi's theme came in at the end...
I want a music box that plays this IRL... XD
Request them together, listen to them, compare them side-by-side, and tell me what I said is untrue! :P Seriously, I'd like to see you try! :P
I love this song SOOOO MUCH!!!!!
Same thing happens when you try to request Artificial Fear's Song of Storms... TT_TT
Yes, this song definitely needs tags. :P Unfortunately, there isn't a tag for "epic" because 99% of the songs on Radio Hyrule would have it. :P
Never thought this song could be so good...
Full Mast is better. :P Waaaaay better. :P
See above. :P
This song is SO awesome!!
This is an interesting medley. I never would've thought the ALttP Sanctuary and OoT Temple of Time would sound so nice together. Nice job!
This sounds so awesome, but I meet none of those requirements!! XD DX
Go to their website. They always have free downloads. :P
Interesting. Is that a site for VGM or just VG in general?
This song is so beautiful... I think ALttP Reorchestrated is one of ZREO's best albums!
Eh, sort of, but not really. I see where you're coming from, but this just doesn't compare to Powell. It's good, but not THAT good. :P
I could ask you the same question :P What do you mean "Am I from the future?"?? :S
No, did it happen again?
Okay, so I remember the staff once said that they had the stream generator programmed to play specific songs on a loop when there's an error, but is this one of them? It just came on for the 7th time in a row, so I'm assuming something's wrong...
Haha, yep me too :)
This song is SO awesome! I could listen to it all day long! XD
ALL songs by OCRemix are available for free download on the OCR website: http://ocremix.org/
You're Welcome :P
It's because the official album for Twilight Princess was never released, so some people know the song only from playing the game, not by name. I think the only actual evidence of it's name being "Midna's Lament" is the fact that it was listed under that in Brawl.
And btw, this is actually a medley of Midna's Lament and Midna's theme :P
if you're asking whose romance this is, this is the romance theme from Skyward Sword, so it would have to be Zelda. If you are just saying that you love this song, then all I can say is: me too.
I love this song
Well, I would say this is a ripoff of the OC ReMix "Zelda's Graceful Nightmare" except that they sound nothing alike. Go figure :P
This song... *sniff* ...SO BEAUTIFUL...
2 things: 1, I posted that when the album was first released, and I heard the song for the first time. 2, even if they did, if I wanted Mario, I would have gone to that Mushroom Kingdom Radio, or whatever it is they've been advertising. :P It just seemed really out of place at the time. :P
I like these songs as much as the next guy, but why is "Romance in the Air" here twice? :P
Strike911 is awesome :)
I wish I knew! I only know it's on YouTube, but at the time the artist said he wouldn't be posting mp3 downloads (though that might have changed since I last checked, which was before it was added to the library). So I don't know.
Let me play fighting Bellumbeck for yo! XD
That's funny :P
Those seven notes... XD
Well, he does have a better personality than Ganondorf. But whether that makes him a better villain... meh. :P I like Ganondorf XD
Not as much as "Rime of the Wanderin' Seafarer" was overused a month ago :/
And most of it was unrelated spam :P Not that there's anything wrong with that... xP
So beautiful...
This song is SPECTACULAR!!! AMAZING!! STUPENDOUS!! THE WORDS I FORGOT!!! XD It's such a great remix :)
I noticed. :P This song is great! :D
THAT. IS. AWESOME!!!!!
I wasn't really being too serious, I was trying to be funny. :P Seriously, it's alright. :P
True, but there was someone who posted on CSGuitar89 that "they are an amazing group" which does NOT fall under that circumstance. I figured the same thing was happening here. :P
Eh, maybe, but it's worth every minute!
...What is it with you two? Do I even want to know?
Is this like Dragon Roost Island? Anyways, great song! I especially like the part in the middle where it sounds like Metroid. :P
MOKA has gone METROID!!! :P
See above^
Whoever this guy is, he is awesome! XD
This song is awesome.
Sounds like there are Godzilla sound effects in this one... I LOVE IT!!! XD
XD
This is my favorite Fox Amoore! :O :P The music is so beautiful... so amazing... so epic... I would LOVE to fight Ganondorf to a song like this!
P.S.: This is getting vulgar :P
This song made me lol. Just sayin' :P
Swag? Seriously? Alright then, I'll have a #4 with fries, please. :P
In all honesty I like this song.
There's always a better OCR :P
How is it that I feel like I have never heard this epic song before? I know I can't have missed a song that epic!!
This is hands-down my favorite Jim Cook song. :)
I just checked her out. Her lyrics are good, but she can't sing. No offense to her, she just doesn't have a great singing voice :P
I've seen it happen several times, but never by request. The stream generator can reselect songs even though we can't :/
Good song, but what's up with the artist not appearing here or having an artist's page?
'Cuz I know that I'm gonna be a HEEEROOO SOOOMEDAAAY!!!! With my shield, my sword, and my... my boomeraaang!! And they'll say, "HEY!, Hey! Hero of Time, you're the greatest, the bravest, Hyrulian prime- the savior of our kingdom, redeemer of Hyrule... LINK IS THE LEGEND!! THE LEGEND OF CoooOOOoooOOOL!!!!!"
Technically, the first Zelda game I ever played was WW, but the first one I ever actually owned was PH. I went backwards from there :P
Up till this point this was the only song of the top 5 most favorited that had not been commented on... because everyone knew it was epic beyond words :P
So good... gotta love chthonic!
I hereby declare this the official "Dance like a Goron" theme music XD
If you call this song "intense" you'd better steer clear of Artifical Fear :P What I define as "Irish" music is the unique selection of instruments, fast-paced tempo, and overall... I can't put my finger on the word, but if you've ever listened to Irish folk groups, you know what I'm talking about.
I gave it a chance, and I still much prefer Legend of Cool :P No offense
I agree with both of you; While it's not my usual style, I find it's growing on me, though very, very slowly. The problem for me is that it left out the best part of WW music, i.e: the hot, Irish beat, and turned it into this mellow thing. I doubt I'll ever appreciate THAT shift.
Is this like the unused audio for TP or something?
Chthonic is great :)
Well, you can't really blame them... that Mario movie was reeeeeaaaaally bad... :P
It has everything :P
All your songs are absolutely amazing! :D
How did this- *ow* -make it past the cringe test? It literally makes me cringe! :P (No offense to anyone btw)
Yes, if you go to the 25YearLegend website it tells you about the artists and their notable past projects. This is the same C418 that wrote the music for Minecraft ;)
So then where'd you get Ballad of the Windfish and Dungeons? Surely Nintendo didn't just give them to you, did they? :P
Does that mean... these two recordings have been publically released? WHERE?! I WANT SOME!!!! XD
Yeah, same here. Since these tracks were uploaded, does that mean we might be getting the OoT and ALttP symphonic movements too? Is there any reason why not?
Every time I hear this come on, I hear the Station-ID in my head XD
I love your music. You manage to fully remaster all these songs, and yet still capture the feel of the originals in so many ways :)
I think this is a good song. I honestly do. It helps to watch the video on YouTube (which somehow I can't find anymore) but I think it's still a good song.
I'm pretty sure I heard the Dark World, Ballad of the Windfish, Hyrule Field, and Midna's Lament. At least XD
OMGTHISISSOAMAZINILOVEIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"absurdly long"... and "absolutely everything"... yes, I think that just about sums it up XD
This is like my favorite album EVAH!!! XD
Wait a sec... You said the Station ID is SCARCELY been requested... which sorta implies that sometimes it actually is! How did that happen?
Interestingly, I think this actually sounds more like the sailing theme from Phantom Hourglass than WW... Still a great song though!
This is an AWESOME song that is far underrated. :( You simply MUST make a soundscape of it! ;D
I normally don't like Artificial Fear, but this track is just amazing! :)
this is SO nostalgic! :)
I cannot believe that this is the only WW Miniboss theme I can find on this sight :P
This brings back such sweet nostalgic memories. I LOVE IT!!!
YOU ROCK!!
Did I just hear MARIO sound effects? ...fail
Only OC Remix could make something this insanely awesome
This might be my favorite rendition of Gerudo on this site!
I just can't help but smile when I hear this song :)
I think OC Remix went a bit too far with this one. I never really liked jazz and this song really bugs me. I honestly don't think it belongs on this site.
One of the better renditions of Gerudo on this site
I wouldn't want EVERY song on Radio Hyrule to be like this, but as a one-time sort of thing, this song is great.
That is Awesome!!!
<3
This song = nearly 20 minutes of pure awesomeness. There is no other way to say it.
