Zelda Symphony LA Sold Out

Well folks, after two months of being on sale, tickets for the Zelda Symphony concert in Los Angeles appear to have completely sold out. The Pantages Theater will be jam-packed with over 2,600 of Zelda's biggest fans to have what is expected to be the biggest single celebration of The Legend of Zelda in Nintendo history.

If you still have your heart dead-set on finding a ticket to the concert, your best bet would be to search online. Here is an offer posted on Craigslist, and there's also a listing on StubHub as well. Those of you who are looking to be welcomed as a VIP guest still have the option available, assuming you have $5,499 to buy the ticket off eBay.

That might not be a bad deal for someone who can afford the price. The fall concerts are said to be unique to the tour that is to start next year, making this a once in a lifetime concert opportunity. Not only that, but VIP packages include: "premium orchestra section seating plus a post-concert Meet and Greet, autograph session and photo opportunity with the conductor, producers of the show and other special guests, as well as exclusive memorabilia."

Skyward Sword Trailer: Tools of the Trade

Nintendo has released yet another trailer for Skyward Sword, this time focusing on "tools of the trade." It's a pretty short video, contains no spoilers, and has some amazing music to go with it! The music has a very celtic feel, reminiscent of Wind Waker, yet distinctly different. Check it out!

You would think that after waiting 5 years for Skyward Sword, 50 days wouldn't make much difference. Yet, I'm sure if I asked any excited Zelda fan, it's going to feel like the longest 50 days ever.

Win Tickets to Zelda Symphony UK from Classic FM

British radio station Classic FM is giving their listeners a chance to attend The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Symphony Concert. Ten lucky winners will be the recipients of a pair of tickets to the October 25th at London's Hammersmith Apollo! What's the catch?

First, you have to be a resident of the UK or Northern Ireland. But here's the real kicker: You must be able to correctly answer the age-old question, "What is the name of the main character in the Zelda series?" I could see this question being quite vicious if one of the four choices of answers was "Zelda," however, that is not the case. Good luck figuring that one out!

Can You Name This Zelda Song?

The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary released a photo on their Facebook profile of one of the pages of the scores from the symphony! Only some of the parts are readable, but given the clues, you should be able to figure out what song it is and what game it's from. Take a look!

Zelda News from the 3DS Conference

On Tuesday, Nintendo held a conference to primarily focus on the future of the 3DS. Before getting to any 3DS information, the event opened up right away with more Zelda announcements.

First, they showed off a new CGI trailer of Skyward Sword Link flying with a loftbird. Next it was Shigeru Miyamoto's turn to play through portions of Skyward Sword. The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition was also announced to be released later this month! The game is not just a port of the GameBoy Advance or the Gamecube versions, as it will now include a singleplayer mode, new environments in the style of past games such as Link's Awakening and A Link to the Past, and local Wi-Fi multiplayer. This will be available to download free of charge at the DSi Shop and 3DS eShop for a limited time from 28th September, 2011 to 20th February, 2012. To help promote eShop sales, Nintendo 3DS Prepaid cards featuring Zelda artwork will be available to buy from the October 3rd through February 20th.
