It's because the official album for Twilight Princess was never released, so some people know the song only from playing the game, not by name. I think the only actual evidence of it's name being "Midna's Lament" is the fact that it was listed under that in Brawl.
And btw, this is actually a medley of Midna's Lament and Midna's theme :P

There is always different names for Minda's Lament theme, I wonder why? Maybe different versions or something. The world will never know.
